Hello, I’m Rashmi and welcome to Yogalates with Rashmi (YwR)!

With over 15 years of teaching experience, my journey began in dance and evolved into a deep passion for wellness. My certifications include a 200-hour RYT from the International Sivananda Ashram, a 300-hour RYT from the Art of Living, and a 90-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher certification from Trimurti Yoga. My expertise lies in blending Yoga & Pilates to give you the best of both worlds!

My work has taken me from performing on Broadway to creating fitness content for platforms like Times Wellness, Amazon Prime, and Cure.Fit. I’ve also had the joy of teaching children and adults at international schools and corporate workshops.

In 2018, my partner Malay and I founded Yogalates with Rashmi on YouTube with a simple dream: to share happy, effective workouts with everyone. We are now a family of over 235,000 members, and the courses on this website are a natural extension of our commitment to you

When you do a YwR workout, it’s designed to make you sweat, scream, feel great, and, most importantly, smile. We also created Yoga Guppy, our special brand dedicated to making yoga fun and exciting for children.

Malay is the other half of YwR. As a talented cinematographer, sound engineer, and musician, he is the creative backbone who ensures every workout is a high-quality, seamless, and beautifully produced experience. Our shared passion is what brings our unique vision to life.
